My brother and I grew up in Las Vegas and fished quite often in Lake Mead or Southern Utah. University and life got in the way and fishing was just one of those things we had done as kids. Up until a couple years ago, that is. At that point, we decided to give it another shot, bought some medium priced starter gear and tried shore fishing around Houston. A few months after that, we bought some kayaks and have been enjoying fishing the inland coast waters, Galveston, Lake Conroe and a bunch of city ponds, lakes and bayous.
